Asking about your information
Some business details are not published yet
Purchases are switched off until they are. Everything else works as usual.
You can ask to see what we hold about you, to have it corrected, or to have it deleted. Email hello@rsvpd.co.za with:
- the name you were invited under
- whose wedding it was, if you know
- what you would like us to do
We answer within 30 days, as POPIA requires. Where the couple is the responsible party we pass your request to them and tell you we have done so.
If you only want the messages to stop, the unsubscribe link in any email we sent is faster — it takes effect immediately and covers every wedding on the platform.
